Obituary of Frank Svejkovsky
Frank Svejkovsky Sr died at Oklahoma City, December 31, 1929. Funeral services were conducted from the Turner Funeral Home, in Yukon, January 4, 1930 and interment was made in the
Cesko-slovinsky cemetery near Capitol Hill, Oklahoma. Mr Svejkovsky was one of our pioneer farmers and a prominent citizen of this community for many years. He was born in Johnson
county, Iowa October 1 1862. He was married to Bozana Fridrich, September 15, 1883, at Tyndall, South Dakota, and to this happy union 12 children were born, all of whom are living but
two, Mollie Svejkovsky having died in 1915 and Albena Blecha, in 1909. The surviving children are: Mrs Frank Krivanek; Henry, FA; Clarence and Edward Svejkovsky; Mrs HM Shedeck;
William, Charley, Joe and Albert Svejkovsky, all residing in Canadian county except Mrs Shedeck, who lives at Spearman, Texas. The home has lost a good husband and father and the bereaved
ones have the sympathy of the entire community in their sorrow.
