  Annetta R Novotny was born 18 April 1888 in South Dakota. She was married twice, first to Dr Peter Fisher who died aboard ship. She married secondly, her cousin, Clarence Novotny. She was a dancer that toured Europe. Oren Crochett took care of Annetta before and after death. She died 28 March 1974 in San Diego, California.
